Yesterday, Today, And Tomorrow Poem

Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow
Yesterday was boring and drab.
Just like my mood, ugly and bad.
My life is terrible and horrible and just plain outright BAD.
I want a new life.
New friends.
New clothes.
New house.
NEW EVERYTHING!
But today is a new day!
Today I move to the west coast for the summer.
California!
Today I get a chance to change my life around.
Make it just how I want it to be.
I get to call the shots.
I get to dance until I drop.
Today is as beautiful as a shimmering new engagement ring.
I will pray because my life depends on it.
Today I want to last forever.
BUT tomorrow is going to be even better.
I will learn new things.
Meet new people.
I will meet one person,
One Spirit,
Who will change my life forever!
He will teach me what it means to be loved.
He will always be there for me no matter what is going on.
He loves me for who I am.
Not for what other people want me to be.
I am independent,
But He helps me through everything that is hard.
I am independent,
But dependent on Him.
He is my rock,
My salvation,
My beginning,
And my end.
He will teach me how to become a friend.
I will become a follower of Him.
I will grow up in more ways than one.
I will have to figure out what it means to be your own person.
All of these experiences yesterday, today, and tomorrow are like a mother neutering her newborn child.
They teach me how to become more mature and grow by my own experiences.
NOT by others’.
My character is Christy Miller from the book series Christy Miller.

OH... My... Shopping... Trips...

So.... Yesterday Karsen, my cousin Devin, and I went shopping with my grandma, aunt, and uncle. Devin took about FOUR hours to find just one pair of boots. We were having an amazing time in Trade Home in the North Grand Mall. We put on these GIANT Ugg boots. These are some pictures we took in there. The shoe is a Size 22 in mens. It is a very large pair of shoes... :D I hope you like seeing my crazy family... :D

Doesn't my regular leg look like a peg leg? Then you see my normal boot compared to the GIANT one I am wearing.

Oh how I love my family!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
